Russian Lurkmore
Russian Lurkmore, RuLurk or Lurkomorye (рус. Луркоморье) — the Russian wiki-encyclopedia, based on Russian Wikipedia and Encyclopedia Dramatica.

Russian Lurkmore's sphere of interests is wider, than Russian Wikipedia, because it has no formal criteria of notability. Most articles in RuLurk are descriptions of Internet-memes, real life memes, and art of Internet and real life subcultures.
Russian Lurkmore has own manner of speech, Lurkspeak, or Lurkoyaz (рус. Луркояз).

Russian Lurkmore was founded by some wikipedians and anime fans, who worked in Russian Wikipedia. They were in opposition to some RuWiki sysops (co-called "Sysop's Party"). After they created few articles about Internet subcultures, including an article about imageboard 2ch.ru (aso Dvach, рус. Двач) and an article about LiveJournal user and opposition wikipedian Sergey Sokolov, also known as Mithgol the Webmaster, some sysops decided to propose these articles to deletion as unnotable. Some wikipedians, including Oleg Lobachev (рус. Олег Лобачёв), aka Oal, Dmitry (K)Homak (рус. Дмитрий Хомак), aka Xtender, and Aleksey Zhukov (рус. Алексей Жуков), aka Drdaeman, announced that they will leave Russian Wikipedia and create a new encyclopedia for "unnotable" articles (some users used citation from Futurama series: "we will create our own wikipedia, with blackjack and hookers"). After deletion of articles "Двач" and "Мицгол", these users left RuWiki and created their own site on domain lurkmoar.ru.
Later they contacted with their accuitance Konstantin Grusha (рус. Константин Груша), aka Zoi. Year ago Grusha decided to create a russian version of meme encyclopedia Lurkmore.com. He bought a domain lurkmore.ru, but dropped this idea. After negotiations Oal and (K)Homak moved their cite to lurkmore.ru and grant a sysop and bureucrat flags to Zoi.
